I am the owner of JBM Shopfitting Limited, a UK company. My company has been working with CAPS International Group since 2004, with no end in sight to our cooperation. Our business with CAPS has involved the outsourcing of shopfittings production from Central and Eastern Europe.

JBM is a manufacturer and installer of shopfittings. We have our own manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent, in the UK and our own teams of installers that work all over the country. Our business has been expanding steadily and we made the decision that, instead of adding new equipment and staff to our current facility, it would be advantageous for us to outsource new work that was coming in. I had heard about the possibilities of Central and Eastern Europe in providing low-cost manufacturing options, but was not familiar with the region, its language and how to do business with companies there.

We had specific projects which were ready to be outsourced and CAPS came out to our office to go over them with us. Once they received the brief, they went back and worked with their network of producers to locate a good match for our needs. CAPS had shown that it was responsive and trustworthy, so upon their invitation we went out to visit the proposed factory for production and then placed our first order.

Since that excellent beginning we have been placing regular orders with CAPS for joinery and metal products and have consistently been impressed with the level of service and responsiveness we have received. The quality of the products received is second-to-none, the low prices increase our competitiveness and the logistics coordination that CAPS provides makes the whole process very easy for us. We can focus on the most important aspect of our business-customer service.

I would strongly recommend the outsourcing and supply chain management services that CAPS International Group offers to any company looking to lower their costs while maintaining quality and control over their supply chain.
